What could have been a worrying procedure was completely handled very professionally and efficient. All questions were pretty much answered before I even stepped foot in the building. Very simple procedure in the end and very little painkillers / medication required afterwards. I had a cyst removed under local anaesthetic and would like to recommend the doctor and the unit. It was done with care , very professionally, and very smoothly, with clear after care advice given. The nurses were helpful and very caring providing useful and practical advice and support. I would recommend this service.
